Jeremy Curran is an Associate Attorney with Chapman Law Firm, P.C.  He works primarily in criminal and DUI defense, and is licensed in North Dakota State and Federal Courts.  Prior to working at Chapman Law Firm, P.C., Jeremy worked as a criminal defense attorney in Grafton, North Dakota.

Education

Jeremy received both his law degree and bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks.  While in law school, he clerked at a private firm in Grand Forks assisting in numerous areas of law including criminal defense, personal injury, insurance defense, and family law.

Experience

An experienced criminal defense attorney, Jeremy has handled a wide variety of cases, from Class B Misdemeanors, like DUIs and Assaults, up to Class AA Felonies where the Defendant faces a maximum sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole.  He has conducted multiple jury trials as a defense attorney, with successful results for his clients, and has successfully argued to reverse judgments before the North Dakota Supreme Court.
